第一个问题：MT103+202COV,MT103发给汇入行C,MT202COV发给账户行B。
(1)MT103付款指示给汇入行，用于汇款通知；（2）MT202COV付款指示电文给其账户行，指示该行借记汇出行账户并贷记汇入行的美元账户行。 第二个问题： MT202是银行间头寸汇划报文格式，没有受益人名称和账号信息，收款行自然无法入账。
MT103是银行客户的汇款格式，有汇款人，收款人名称和账户等信息，收款人可以凭以贷记收款人账户。 MT202 & 202COV区别： MT202COV是MT202报文的变体，该类报文增加了头寸划拨背景的信息，特设SequenceB，用以描述至少包含收款人、付款人的信息，以便增加汇款信息的透明度。
而MT202不含头寸划拨背景。 MT202COV报文只能在间接汇款方式办理客户汇款时使用，且必须与MT103报文同时使用，采用组合发报的形式。
而MT202可以单独发送。
2.银行mt103/202是什么意思
MT103和MT202的联系与区别：
MT103是银行客户的汇款格式，有汇款人，收款人名称和账户等信息，收款人可以凭以贷记收款人账户；MT202是银行间头寸汇划报文格式，没有受益人名称和账号信息，收款行自然无法入账。
国内银行汇款，一般用所谓的“间接汇款”，只发一个MT103电文给自己的账户行，由账户行自行选择收款人的账户行并汇划资金头寸，有可能收款行收到MT103电文时，资金头寸没到账而不能入客户账，但目前已基本上能做到次日到账（美元）。
也有“两岸通”等名称的的直接汇款，即同时发送MT103电文和MT202电文，MT103向账户行指示收款行和收款人名称和账号等，同时通过MT202指示账户行向收款人的账户行汇划资金头寸，速度较间接汇款快。
顺便提一下，信用证、托收等，银行是通过MT202付款的，由收款银行根据电文中的业务编号来区别是什么客户的款项。有时付款行MT202错误引用或电文传输过程中遗失相关信息，收款行就无法顺利入客户账，所以经常有无法清分的MT202汇款要经办行“认领”，如果通过金额等信息能判断，问题可以解决，解决不了，需要汇款行补充信息或退回汇款行重新汇划。
仅有MT202的客户汇款，就需要汇款行补充收款人名称和账号信息，如果办不到，只有退回重汇。
